Description | The project entails the construction and operation of a data center located in Queretaro, Mexico. The sponsor is Odata Colocation Mexico S.A. de C.V., a multi-tenant data center operator, owned by funds managed by Patria Investments. The IFC arranged the senior secured debt financing package of $35 million to finance the project. The debt facility has 10-year tenor including a 1-year grace period. The total project cost is estimated at approximately $62 million and Odata will finance the remaining through equity contributions.
