Description	The project entails the construction of the Quzhou Waste-to-energy Project Phase I located in Zhejiang Province of China. The project will be invested in and constructed on a BOT model for a concession period of 30 years (construction period inclusive) by China Everbright International. The project company is jointly established by Everbright International (with 70% equity stake) and state-owned enterprises of the People's Governments of Zhejiang Province and Quzhou City. The plant represents a total investment of approximately RMB885 million ($135 million).
