The following have been completed: Technical scanning of the various radio communication systems available on the market Determining the RTL’s internal operational needs Defining the mandatory criteria Strategy for integration with some of the RTL’s components Frequency impact analysis Transition strategy with the current system Technological recommendation The remaining aspects in phase 1 are as follows: Finalization of the specifications Call for tenders Equipment purchasing Detailed deployment planning Proof of concept and partial deployment Second phase Anticipated start date: April 1, 2018 Anticipated end date: March 31, 2019 Project status: Not started |
