Leveraging the insights and networks developed in the previous initiatives, the RWU (Raft With US!) project aims to extend the impact and further contribute to community engagement, inclusion, and outdoor activities for individuals facing fewer opportunities. The foundation laid by OH and OH2 project serves as a valuable resource, enabling the seamless integration of lessons learned and collaborative efforts into the new rafting endeavor. The project is conceived as a transformative initiative aimed at promoting inclusivity and breaking down barriers within the domains of sport. Against the backdrop of societal disparities, the project's background is rooted in the recognition of the need to create an environment that fosters equity and equality for all. The rationale for selecting rafting as the core activity is grounded in its dynamic and engaging nature. The need to organize the project is based on the limited amount of inclusive outdoor activities in the local communities of our partners. Collaboration among sports organizations in this field is lacking therefore our project facilitates the creation of initiatives for collaboration, sharing resources, and fostering a collective approach to promote inclusivity in the local communities. Objectives: 1. Enhance partners capacity in organizing rafting events to support inclusion at local levels 2. Promote rafting as a leisure and inclusive sport The consortium for our project, comprising E29 HU (Hungary), CJE (Portugal), 4L (Czech Republic), and AdvenTour (Slovakia), is strategically structured to capitalize on the unique strengths and expertise of each participating organization. This collaborative effort aims to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
