Description | The objective of the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority (RVSA) is to improve the efficiency and sustainability of its wastewater treatment plant through the beneficial utilization of the excess capacity of the RVSA's existing digesters. The preferred bidder will be required to finance, design, install, and own a RVSA's wastewater treatment plant that will receive liquid waste, which will be processed. After the plant processes the liquid waste the resulting specified feedstock will be pumped into a tank from which it will be fed into RVSA's digesters. |
