Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 5,336,636-square-foot, 72-story above grade, 7,986-unit multi-residential development; 161,665-square-foot retail development; 210-room hospitality development; 33,026-square-foot day care center; 118,897-square-foot office development; and for site work for a multi-residential development. Development of a rail corridor overbuild (deck) over the existing active rail corridor to accommodate development, while maintaining the rail activities. that feature residential, office, hotel, retail, and transit facilities. The development is proposed in 3 blocks and would include 9 towers ranging in height from 36 to 72 storeys with a total of 7,986 units.
