The need is to ensure safe crossings for vehicular and pedestrian traffic at grade crossings as it allows for additional notifications to freight rail operators. This project will provide signal and communication upgrades at the identified intersections. Further modernization of the CWT will provide safer travel for rail operations as well as for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. |
