Description

Description

Rampur - Kathgodam Package I involves four laning of Rampur - Kathgodam section of NH-87 from km 0.000 to km 42.79 with a length of 43.45 km. Rampur - Kathgodam highway is developed in two phases with separate financial packages. For both projects Sadbhav was chosen as preferred bidder. The SPV created for the implementation of the project is Sadbhav Rudrapur Highway Private Limited, in which Sadbhav is a sole sponsor. Project is initiated under the Hybrid Annuity model, according to which project cost are shared between government and private sector in 40:60 ratio. The contract was awarded to the sponsor following a competitive bidding process (lowest bid criteria) launched by NHAI. Total project cost is estimated at $110.5 million of which $53.1 million will come from term loan, $13.3 million from sponsor's cash equity and the remaining $44.2 million from capital subsidy covering 40 percent of the total project cost. Then, Sadbhav will reimburse the 60 per cent arranged funding during the operational phase, since cash flow is assured in the form of annuity payments on semiannual basis along with interest. Financial close was reached on November, 2 2016. http://www.sadbhavinfra.co.in/en/pdf/financial-closure-announcement-snhpl-and-srhpl.pdf http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/economy/infrastructure/sadbhav-infrastructure-lowest-bidder-for-2-road-projects-in-uttar-pradesh-uttarakhand/articleshow/51586037.cms
