Rampura - Amulia - Demra expressway

This project consists of design, build and operation of a 12.5km four-lane access-controlled highway under a 25 year concession, which involves a 8.15km elevated section and a 4.35km at-grade section. The width of the road is planned to be around 18m in the elevated section and 32m in the at-grade section. Total investment stands at $261 million, of which $193 million senior loan is mobilized by the transaction advisor of the project - Asian Development Bank. The financing is backed by Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) with $75 million, Bank of China, DBS Bank Limited, and Infrastructure Development Company Limited with $20 million support. The project company is Dhaka RAD Elevated Expressway Company Limited, sponsored by China Communications Construction Company Limited and China Road and Bridge Corporation.
