Description	The proposed IFC investment consists of up to US$100 million A-Loan (in BRL equivalent of approximately BRL 500 million) to Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações (“Randoncorp” or the “Group”) the largest manufacturer of trailer and semi-trailer in Latin America, and a leading global producer of motion control systems (through its subsidiary Fras-Le Mobility) and auto-parts.
