Ravens Loop Tunnel Project

The Baltimore Ravens proposed a roughly one-mile tunnel called Ravens Loop, intended to connect the stadium to Harbor East, looping around the Inner Harbor with stops at Camden Yards, the Baltimore Convention Center, and Harborplace. The tunnel was envisioned to provide a dedicated, efficient route beneath congested surface areas to support smoother game and event-day operations and improve mobility in downtown Baltimore. The project was selected as a winner in a contest by The Boring Company to build tunnel projects on the company's dime but was later not pursued following discussions with public partners.
