Ray Skillman Mazda Dealership Development

planned

Proposed development of a Ray Skillman Mazda dealership at the southeast corner of U.S. 36 and County Road 900 East in Avon Town, Hendricks County, Indiana. The project includes a roughly 40,000-square-foot dealership building with a 14,700-square-foot service department and a second floor of about 9,500 square feet. The design follows Mazda's corporate prototype using aluminum composite material panels, curtain wall glazing, and painted precast concrete. The project is currently under review with design waivers requested for building materials and landscaping, with commissioners requesting additional articulation or design changes for the rear and side facades.
