Description	The objective of this project is to upgrade the existing water infrastructure along Raymer Ave via an abandonment of the existing cast iron main in favour of a new PVC main. Upgrading the water main is a continuation of the cast iron replacement on Raymer Ave already complete as a result of the Ethel ATC project which saw PVC water main installed between Ethel St and Curts St in 2021. Physical scope of this project is Raymer Avenue between Ethel Street and Gordon Drive.
