The purpose of the additional module is the redefinition of the needs of health professionals in the dynamics of the care relationship with the frail elderly. The first step will be to identify the training and professional needs that have emerged, and to provide training to social and health professionals to make virtual communication more effective and reduce the effects of distancing. Central to the training will be the serious game, a virtual simulation environment created ad hoc to allow professionals to exercise safely, recreating experiences of daily practice; the game context will be "the neighborhood".
