For OOH/HPI we propose to research the possibility to accelerate the production of the Price index for Newly built Dwellings (PND). Regarding commercial property we propose four research topics: - depending on the outcome of the current research, we either want to use this data source to further research compiling rental indices or we continue our research into suitable data sources. - we aim to research the feasibility to make a breakdown into rental and owner-occupied real estate for the complete population of office, retail and industrial buildings. - we are aiming to investigate the feasibility of providing quarterly indicators for vacancy rates in the Netherlands. - we aim to investigate the contribution of sustainability measures in CRE prices (and thus CPPIs).
