The project entails the construction with a total length is 2,393.306m, and the standard road width is 42m. It is a two-way four-lane, urban secondary road with a design speed of 30km/h. The eastern section of Minjiang Road is located in the middle of Yuanjiang County. It was originally G213 by Yuanjiang County. The construction content is to be reconstructed on the basis of the original G213. It is at the intersection of Xingyuan Road and Minjiang Road in the east and Xihuan Road and Lijiang River in the west. The intersection of the road is an important road in the network structure of Yuanjiang County. The total length of the road is 840.996m, and the width of the standard road is 31m. It is a two-way four-lane, urban secondary road with a design speed of 30km/h. The starting point of the south extension line of Xingyuan Road is the intersection of Minjiang Road, which runs from north to south to Binjiang Road. The road is a straight line. It is about 997m long and 62m wide. It is the main road of the city and has a design speed of 40km/h. The starting point of Planning No. 2 Road is Xingyuan Road and the ending point is Binjiang Road. The total length of the road is 305m, the red line width of the road standard section is 56m, and the red line width of the widening section is 59.5m. It is the urban secondary trunk road with a design speed of 30km/h. The main construction contents of road works are: roadway, sidewalk, street tree greening, rainwater pipe, sewage pipe, water supply pipe and road lighting and power telecommunications engineering. SPV is Yuanjiang County National Road 213 Link Investment Construction Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors Yunnan Construction Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. (94%), Yunnan Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (1%) and the state-owned Yuanjiang County Golden Sun Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd. (5%). Type of concession is BOT with a period of the contract of 22 years.
