Description	The project construction content includes expressway system (reconstruction of National Highway 328 and reconstruction of Pohu Avenue) and supporting transportation complex. The reconstruction route of National Highway 328 is 6.65 kilometers long, and the reconstruction route of Lihu Avenue is 1.94 kilometers long. There are a total of 2 main line viaducts, 8 upper and lower ramp bridges, 4 ground bridges, and 1 interchange at the hub. The main line viaduct in the south ring city is about 5.82km, and the main line viaduct in the Pohu Avenue is about 1.22km. The main road of the project adopts the two-way six-lane urban expressway and first-class highway standard with a design speed of 80km / h; the auxiliary road adopts the two-way six-lane urban trunk road standard with a design speed of 50km / h; the design of the interchange ramp is 40km / h. SPV is CCCC Second Airlines Jiangsu Construction Development Co., Ltd. Total investment stands at $ 372.12 million. No additional financial information is available. Concession period is 20 years.
