Description	Upgrades to the existing Overhead Contact System (OCS) on revenue service routes, as well as the three legacy yards, are part of the scope of this project. These upgrades are driven by the planned replacement of the existing streetcars with new Low Floor Light Rail Vehicles (LFLRV).
