Reconstruction of the Crémazie complex

The Crémazie complex is where the STM’s fleet of buses is maintained. This project involves its reconstruction. Overall, the project involves renovating the building, installing a fire prevention system, replacing the PROCECO (washing equipment) in the paint department, developing access routes to the three parts warehouses at the Youville Shops, leasing the necessary storage space during the work, developing office space and relocating the facilities on the upper floor (print shop and uniform store). The deliverables specifically included in the part of the project to be financed by PTIF are as follows: Construction of phase 1 - organization of work site; temporary installations; building envelope (windows, doors, hardware, inner and outer walls); outdoor work on the property - aqueduct and water meter chambers; and outdoor work on public property; construction steel for buildings, structure, foundation, etc. Type A and B soil. Testing, adjusting, balancing and implementation. Identification. Spare parts, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, industrial processes. Electricity, electrical distribution chambers and change requests.
