Description | The project involves 35.255km of road reconstruction of provincial highway S209 Jiangyouhekou to Qixian County. The construction standard is highway secondary, asphalt concrete pavement, subgrade width 10~15m, design speed 40km/h; 11 bridge and culvert projects involved, including demolition and reconstruction 7 seats, 2 bridges are used for widening, 2 new bridges are built, and culverts are mainly reinforced concrete pipe culverts. Reinforced concrete pipe culverts total 2492 meters / 55 roads, reinforced concrete cover culverts total 1244 meters / 92 roads. It involves 35,255m traffic engineering, including 212 traffic signs, 10576m roadside wave barriers, 35 kilometers, 353 hundred-meter piles, and 353 boundary pillars. SPV is Mianyang Road Tongyuan Construction Co., Ltd. a JV between the sponsors Mianyang Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. (95%) and the state-owned Jixian Juyuan Asset Management Investment Co., Ltd. (5%). Type of concession is BOT with a contract period of 15 years.
