The Working Party Project Report for Luxembourg will help with the post-war situation, and restoration of the Luxembourg economy. The Luxembourg Government has worked out a 5-year Reconstruction Program which includes: 1) reconstruction and repairs of privately owned dwellings, schools, churches, factories, stables, etc.; 2) Reconstruction of bridges; 3) Repairs of roads and communications; 4) Repairs of Government buildings; 5) Repairs of electrical installations; 6) Repairs of water pipes and sewage systems; 7) Repairs of damaged railroad bridges, tracks, etc. The loan will also finance the import of materials for housing reconstruction, rolling stock, as well as coke and coal. There are three plans for the rehabilitation of the National capital: 1) the 5-year Reconstruction Plan for repairing destruction to real property; (2) the indemnification of war damages mostly to persons and personal property, and; (3) the capital renovation of private industry.
