Description | The overall objective of the project is to support the creation, management, maintenance and growth over time of Renewable Energy Communities in the Alcotra territory on the basis of strategies developed and shared between IT and FR and implemented in that territory. The transposition of EU REDII e IEMD 2019/944 by Member States is ongoing and will create a new regulatory quadrule for the realisation of CERs. ERCs are one of the fundamental elements of the EU Energy Transition Plan. As an innovative configuration, including the active involvement of civil society, in order to have a rapid and significant impact, the establishment of ERCs will have to be supported by consolidated expert and professional models and structures capable of providing an informative, formative, technical, administrative and legal contribution in accordance with the regulations, considering the specific aspects of the territory concerned. |
