Description | The Red Deer County - Springbrook Water Reservoir and Treatment Plant Replacement Project (the Project) will replace the Water Treatment Plant, as well as the two existing reservoirs from 1941 and one existing reservoir from 1955. The new Water Treatment Plant and the new 2,000 m2 reservoir will be built beside the existing 2003 reservoir and chlorine injection building, which will remain in operation. The Project will also consist of the decommissioning of the existing Water Treatment Plant and the three existing reservoirs. |
