Description
Description | The Red Deer Roof Remediation Project (the Project) will undertake roofing repairs and/or the replacement of commercial sink traps at the Kerry Wood Nature Centre and Allen Bungalow, Festival Hall, Memorial Centre, Collicutt Centre, Heritage Ranch, and Red Deer Museum and Art Gallery. Roofs will be Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) Modified Bitumen and will meet all Alberta Roofing Contractors Association standards and specifications. The current roofing has reached its expected end of lifecycle and requires replacement. The project will also include parking lot and roads for Heritage Ranch/Waskasoo Park ( which includes the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame parking lot). The entire parking lot and entry road is getting repaved with new line markings. The surface area that is having the work done is about 11,500 square meters. |
