Description	Redevelopment of several properties on Pinckney Street on Capitol Square in downtown Madison. The landmarked three-story American Exchange building, built in 1871 with sandstone in the Italian Renaissance Revival style, will be preserved. Three adjacent buildings will be demolished, including the Centre Seven building, while saving and reusing its terra-cotta clamshell-styled windows and ornamental balustrade.
