Refurbishment of a multi-issue unit in 3rd North West

The project aims to renovate a multi-problematic unit in 3rd North West at the Mitis health and social services center, in particular to provide safe and functional facilities for clients with serious behavioral disorders. The scope of the project will include the construction of new partitions adapted to the clientele. Replace all ceilings and lighting adapted for customers, add and install a complete ventilation system, repair plumbing and electrical networks including replacement of utilities (toilets, sinks), repair of the floors as well as the upgrade of the fire protection system. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
