Description | Regeneron Pharmaceuticals plans to invest $2 billion to convert a former Quad printing plant in Saratoga Springs into a manufacturing facility. The project includes $680 million in construction and renovation costs and $985 million in manufacturing equipment investment. The facility will be 1 million square feet, with over 500,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing and processing. The project is expected to create 1,000 jobs within five years after completion and support 500 temporary construction jobs.
