Description
Description | Regioactive refers to cross-border cultural activities and common long-term cultural processes, the creation of local relations and the linking of the potential of the pre-pommern region. The aim of the project is to further develop two cultural centres of the regional activity and to expand and professionalise cross-border cooperation not only between project partners but also cultural groups. The centres will support all communities of the region in socio-cultural development. This should lead to a common cultural chain of initiatives, institutions and partnerships. The project is based on innovative methods of involving residents by cultural means, so that people are encouraged through events, exchanges and further education. This makes it possible to expand educational and cultural activities and expand German-Polish cooperation. The cultural centre on the Polish side will be a modernised building that was originally an unloading ramp and is currently being converted into a new “Rampa Cultural Centre” managed by the lead partner. On the German side, it will be a building of the Bröllin Castle complex, which requires restoration and renovation of the roof in order to offer workshops, partner meetings and further training. The project trains regional leaders for the implementation of activities, provides them with individually selected methods for intensifying and improving organised activities. This work will have a direct impact on 1300 people by the end of the project. Together with the inhabitants of the region, they prepare the cross-border festivals: 12 micro and 2 macro festivals. During the events organised by the lecturers, leaders, partners and the community, the culture and tradition of the region is addressed. As part of the task, around 16,000 hours are planned for training and education as well as a wide range of activities. In order to develop contemporary structures for the integration of the broad society from the Vorpommern region, the leaders are professionalised. It is only through cooperation with neighbours that one can develop a broader concept for cultural, educational and social activities. Thanks to the cooperation of the project partners, it will be possible to develop communication and new working methods, which will be further developed even after the project has been completed. Based on the experience of the partners who also work in other cultural and social structures, the developed methods can be transferred to other communities across Europe. The project will also use innovative tools, so the lead partner will buy mobile KULTURCONTAINER. They fulfil the role of a workspace that can create temporary public spaces in any village or city. The aim of the project is to create exchange forums on culture, along with the inhabitants, especially where there is a lack of support. Thanks to the active involvement of the community, a quantitative and qualitative development of the population is possible, towards the conscious co-creator of culture, taking into account the possibilities of the neighbouring country. As project outputs arise: a catalogue describing the methods used and the whole course of the project, a film and photos that document the entire process and a CD published with the residents of the funding area. In addition, a research project will be developed by the researcher. It describes a methodology used in the implementation of gentle measures, including the problems of the region and the society living there. |
