Regional Challenge Fund - Kosovo Window

The Regional Challenge Fund (RCF) strengthens the employability of young people and improves the competitiveness of companies in the WB6 region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia) on their way to the EU internal market. It is a unique instrument for the needs-based financing of cooperative vocational training programs with a high proportion of practical training in companies. Consortia consisting of public and/or private vocational schools and at least two companies can apply for RCF funding in a competition to finance modern training programs in the participating vocational training institutions. The project is open to all sectors and promotes gender equality, green skills and regional integration. The funding primarily covers relevant equipment and advisory services. In addition, regional exchanges, political dialogue and learning formats are organized to increase the visibility and know-how of work-based training in the WB6 region.
