Description

Description

The Regional Doctoral Research Allocations are granted exclusively on scientific and academic criteria (candidate’s cursus, research subject, level of management resources and the host team in relation to the proposed subject), on the basis of expertise made at local level by the Expertise Local Advisory Committee (CLE) approved by the Region Meeting developer and co-financer of this operation. The allowance shall take the form of a lump sum amounting to EUR 1 200 per month for a period of 36 months. The allowance is paid monthly. Before July 30 of each year, a progress report referred to by the thesis supervisor is expected in order to be able to evaluate the progress of the research work until the thesis defense. The research supported is part of the partnership framework between the University of La Réunion and research organisations from the area. 13 applications have been submitted under the INTERREG ERDF, 9 have been selected by the Standing Committee and are the subject of this grant application. 9 students meet the eligibility criteria under the INTERREG V programme and the scheme set up by the Reunion Region.
