Rehabilitate Marlene Stewart Streit Park

in progress

The project will rehabilitate and expand the existing Marlene Stewart Streit Park in Pelham, Ontario. The work will include the rehabilitation of the existing electrical systems and pool house, replacement of the outdoor pool, new splash pad and picnic pavilion, and various accessibility improvements to pool, playground, and adjoining areas. The project will be completed in stages, completing splash pad and pavilion first and replacement of the swimming pool in 2025 to maximize its lifespan. The project will improve access to and quality of community and recreational infrastructure in the Pelham community for children, members of the community, and those with accessibility needs.
