Rehabilitate Marlene Stewart Streit Park

The project will rehabilitate and expand the existing Marlene Stewart Streit Park in Pelham, Ontario. The work will include renovations and upgrades to the existing electrical systems, rehabilitation of the pool house structure including roof supports, rehabilitation of the outdoor pool including repairs to the concrete pool tank, installation of a new pool liner, and full replacement and upgrades to the pool’s electrical and filtration systems, construction of a new splash pad and picnic pavilion, and various accessibility improvements to the pool, playground, and adjoining areas. The project will improve access to and quality of community and recreational infrastructure in the Pelham community for children, members of the community, and those with accessibility needs.
