Description | The project aims to repair and develop Edward J. Kirwan Park including the Allan J. Levine playground. The work consists in particular of: development of a new play area for 2 to 5 year olds; improvement of the existing play area for 6 to 12 year olds; development of water games; reconstruction of the two toilets in the sanitary block; construction of an athletics track; fitting out of exercise equipment; repair of pedestrian paths with lighting in the large green space; upgrading of baseball fields; construction of a new main chalet; reconstruction of basketball courts; development of a dance floor; installation of street furniture; landscaping work. This description of the work is not exhaustive and it could be revised following the completion of the final plans and specifications and the opening of calls for tenders. |
