Rehabilitation and Renovation of Visual Arts School and Arts Facility

• The project involves upgrades the lighting, water & HVAC systems to improve the Dundas Valley School of Art in Hamilton, Ontario. • The project includes the following improvements: - Replace lighting system with efficient LED fixtures/bulbs in studio areas, hallways and offices along with occupancy sensors in rooms for energy savings; - Upgrade air distribution system ducts and repair/maintain HVAC units for efficient usage of heating/cooling systems, as well as to reduce noise/dust; and - Retrofit washroom faucets with sensors for increased efficiency & hygiene. Convert/install water bottle stations, 1 per floor. • The improvements to the Dundas Valley School of Art will make the facility safer and more accessible. Upgrades to lighting, water & HVAC systems will significantly reduce energy costs, resulting in projected savings of 114,406 kWh/year or 73%. Improved lighting & air circulation will provide a healthier and more pleasant experience. Those with hearing/vision
