Description	The rehabilitation of the Lundar Memorial Arena includes: - removal of the existing wooden arch shell and replacement with new concrete walls and steel rafter roof envelope. - retain the existing ice surface, change rooms, and artificial ice plant which will continue to service the facility. - Upgrades to the Mechanical equipment - addition of a heat exchange/recovery system to recirculate in the building for heating. - addition of a multi-purpose space to accommodate a variety of age activities and promote active living. The new building footprint is 240 ft x 157 ft. The new footprint expands the width by 10 ft to allow for seating and walking track to continue around the west side of the arena.
