The project will rehabilitate sections of watermain in Quinte West, Ontario. The work will replace approximately 800 metres of watermain on two streets and include around 19 water service installations, two hydrants, eight valve replacements, new sanitary sewer mains, sewer laterals, manholes, appurtenances, storm sewers, curbing, catch basins, sidewalks and reinstatement of the affected roadway.

Description | The project will rehabilitate sections of watermain in Quinte West, Ontario. The work will replace approximately 800 metres of watermain on two streets and include around 19 water service installations, two hydrants, eight valve replacements, new sanitary sewer mains, sewer laterals, manholes, appurtenances, storm sewers, curbing, catch basins, sidewalks and reinstatement of the affected roadway. The project will fund improvements to local water pipes, which will increase access to potable water by increasing the reliability and capacity of the transmission infrastructure. |
