Description | The Beenleigh Station designs have been revised and the new station site will be approximately 650 metres north of the current station. This project is part of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project aimed at unlocking barriers in the local public transport network and improving capacity and reliability. The updated design includes better walking and cycling links, a new bus interchange, expanded park 'n' ride facilities, and a more integrated precinct for commuters and local businesses. The new station will be closer to Beenleigh town centre and key community facilities, and the existing station will remain operational during construction. |
