Relocation and expansion of the library

The planned works are: - arrange library spaces: remove or add door partitions, frames, relocate windows, remove finished elements from existing walls, add permanent built-in shelves, remove and install new door hardware and remove and install new integrated bathroom accessories; - demolish the existing men’s toilet: remove and plug the plumbing system, patch the existing wall; - replace the existing floor covering: remove the ceramic and skirting boards, prepare the existing terrazzo floor surface, blow MDF to install the new vinyl base on the base of the walls; - demolish the existing ceiling and install the new suspended ceiling; - upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment: replace, add and install lighting fixtures and signs, relocate or add thermostats and electrical outlets; - remove the existing aluminum panel in the entrance door and install the custom built box; - install the new indoor and outdoor signs; - paint the interior of the library.
