Description | The Renew London program is a major infrastructure initiative in London, Ontario, delivering approximately $385 million in construction work in 2026. The program targets roads, bridges, transit, and underground infrastructure, including arterial roads, key intersections, bridges, transit corridors, and extensive watermain, storm, and sanitary system upgrades. It includes more than 100 lane kilometres of roadwork, improvements to 20 intersections, and over 30 kilometres of underground infrastructure. Key projects include Highbury Avenue South rehabilitation, Western Road and Philip Aziz Avenue upgrades, Queen's Bridge rehabilitation, Sunningdale Road West widening, Bradley Avenue extension, and Kilally corridor upgrades. Rapid transit construction is also a central component, with work on the Wellington Gateway and East London Link corridors. |
