Description	The project entails development of a 100.8MW wind power plant in the district Bhesada of Rajasthan by Renew Wind Energy (Rajasthan 3) Private Limited ("Project Company"). The Project Company is a 100% subsidiary of Renew Power Ventures. The project will use Suzlon Energy manufactured 2.1 MW wind turbine generators. The power from the project will be sold to the Rajasthan state utility under a long term fixed price contract. Further details on contract award or contract period were not available. Financing comprises a USD $50 million (INR2.97 billion) 6-year term loan facility by Rabo Bank, a USD $50 million (INR2.97 billion) 15-year term loan by FMO, Netherlands and USD $32 million (INR1.98 billion) equity.
