The project involves the design and manufacture of a 1 MW Proton Exchange Membrane electrolyser, scheduled for on-site installation in 2026 near Žiar nad Hronom. The electrolyser will produce green hydrogen for injection into an existing combined heat and power plant to reduce natural gas use and carbon footprint, with surplus hydrogen available for transport via a refuelling station. |
