Description

Description	The project involves the investment, financing, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of the 4.11 KM of municipal roads in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province of China. The roads which will undergo renovation are the 3.65 KM section with a starting point Shibei Road (north side of Qiling Banshan), and ending on Shanxi Road Pingjiao, and the 0.46 KM section of a secondary Shibei Road which will be widened with 40 meters from the gate of the Provincial Food and Drug Administration to the main gate of Wenfengyuan. The project cost amounts to CNY 3.873 billion or $ 570.29 million. The project is structured under ROT model for a concession period of 17 years. The return mechanism is a feasibility gap subsidy.
