Renovation and Development of Sports infrastructure

The project mainly aims to renovate and develop the sports infrastructure of the Municipality of Saint-Denis-de-Brompton. In concrete terms, the project consists of improving the infrastructure of the multisport park and providing an additional multipurpose room within the existing sports center. The main works include: - improvement of the tennis / pickelball court: provide the court with a new lighting system, redo the paving on both sides of the court, carry out adequate marking for the sports practiced there, change the obsolete nets and put level the existing fence; - bringing the baseball field up to standard: carry out excavation work to solve drainage problems, improve the lighting system, install a new functional sign, carry out a complete repair of the infield and add bleachers; - development of a multifunctional room: reconfiguring the premises on the second floor of the arena and building a floor there to provide a room that offers yoga, tai-chi, relaxation by hypnosis, Zumba for children, etc. ; And - the construction of a covered outdoor multi-sports area within the existing sports centre: demolish the outdoor shelter (courtyard) and replace it with a new one, more functional and better suited to the needs of citizens. This project will allow the municipality of Saint-Denis-de-Brompton to offer its population better access to better quality recreational infrastructure.
