Description | The Renovation and Rehabilitation of AR Kaufman YMCA, Kitchener project (the Project) consists of renovations to the YMCA facility to improve its energy efficiency, reduce operation and repair costs, reduce risks related to structure and systems failure and increase comfort levels. The Project scope includes: the replacement of the pool Air Handling Unit (AHU), which has reached the end of its serviceable life, with a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV); the replacement of the roofing and its AHU which have reached the end of their serviceable life; and an upgrade of facility lighting to LED. |
