Renovation of Arts and Culture Pavilion

The project aims to renovate the Arts and Culture Pavilion located in a heritage building. The list of the main works are among others: Exterior works - Water flow; - Roof ventilation; - Works on the bell tower (masonry joints - painting - drainage of the slopes of the ground at the arrival of the vertical water inflows); - Opening and replacing main entrance door. Interior works - Construction of a vestibule; - Structure and covering of the floor and the stage; - Piping, in particular waste water evacuation; - Toilets, in particular for universal accessibility; - Ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems; - Interior reconfiguration and redevelopment of the stage, dressing rooms, auditorium, ticket office, kitchen and offices; - Inside lighting; - Technical control board; - Technical platform - Stage ramp. The renovation of the Arts and Culture Pavilion of the City of Coaticook will provide more welcoming spaces for citizens. Thus, this project will allow the City of Coaticook to offer its population a better quality cultural infrastructure and improved access.
