Description | The project consists of the arena in the northern village of Quaqtaq. The following will be renovated or upgraded: heating system ; ventilation system ; plumbing; electrical system ; dehumidification system; rink enclosure. This project will allow the municipality to provide its population with better quality recreational infrastructure. |
