Renovation of the arena

The project involves renovating the roof of the municipal arena. The work to be carried out is mainly to waterproof the metal roof and insulate the ceiling of the arena. More specifically, the works that will be carried out are: - removal and treatment of rust and application of deoxidizer in depth; - cleaning, removal of old paint and peeling paint, removing bitumen, contaminants and rust on the corrugated metal sheet; - change of all worn joints and fasteners of the metal roof; - application of one-component aliphatic urethane joint sealant or any other similar component; - application of product for encapsulation of all gaskets and screws; - final application of product permitting the waterproofing of the metal sheet (top of the roof); - all other processes, task necessary for the preparation and finishing of the waterproofing of the top of the metal roof; - R40 sprayed polyurethane ceiling insulation on the surface or any other product to achieve the same standards.
