The project involves the rehabilitation of the Centre sportif Clément Tremblay. The planned work includes: - the replacement of the refrigeration system and the construction of a new concrete slab; - the layout of the mechanical room to accommodate the new system; - the replacement of the lighting system; - the addition of dehumidification system; - installation of a heating trellis in the snow pit; - replacement of ice rinks and bay windows; - replacement of obsolete urinals; - the modification of the hot water distribution system; - the modification of the restaurant’s kitchen and the replacement of the windows; - the replacement of the entrance doors; - the relocation and expansion of the private lounge; - modification of the rear access of the building; - the replacement of heating pipes; - the replacement of the water inlets and the water supply system; - replacement of ventilation systems; and - the realization of works for structural correction of the building.
