Description

Description

For 16 years, Festival Les Percéides has been a major cultural player in the region, offering programming for all ages. Les Percéides, the long-term tenant of the Charles Robin heritage building, wishes to restore this site to its artistic and community role by restoring and refurbishing it as the Centre d’art de Percé, offering avant-garde cultural, community and educational activities year-round, aimed at all age groups. The building, which will be winterized, will be accessible and will serve the various communities of the greater Percé area and the Gaspé Peninsula so that they can meet and develop social and multidisciplinary activities. The renovated building will feature a range of accessible spaces, including a meeting room, a collective kitchen for events, a community café, a screening room, artists’ residences and an exhibition room.
