Description

Description

The kitchen renovation at the Clé D’La Baie En Huronie community centre located at 63 Main Street in Penetanguishene (the Project) involves renovating the kitchen in the community centre in order to continue providing a gathering place for francophones in the community and remaining accessible to the greatest number of people, including those in wheelchairs. The work will involve removing the kitchen’s current structure, installing counters adapted to people with disabilities, cabinets and an aluminium work surface along with plumbing, electrical and painting work. The spaces will be made accessible for wheelchairs and the work surfaces will also be adapted to that end. The Project will improve access to and/or the quality of community, cultural and/or recreational facilities. It will make it possible to serve approximately 200 people per year (children, seniors, people with disabilities, vulnerable francophone families, etc.). In the long term, the Project will provide a 10% increase
